-- Butter Infused EVOO and Bordeaux Cherry Dark Balsamic: Reminds me of the cherry pies my grandmother used to bake. They were one of my favorite treats. Makes a great salad dressing and glaze for your holiday ham.
-- Basil Lemongrass EVOO and Raspberry Ginger White Balsamic Vinegar: This flavorful pairing adds a touch of Asian flavors to salads, roasted veggies, poultry, and fish. An EvilO favorite.

It's almost Thanksgiving, and we've picked some great flavors that will be perfect for your family meals this weekend. These oils and vinegars will work with breakfast, Thanksgiving Dinner, tea time, and dessert. Use them to elevate the inevitable leftovers that will fill your refrigerator after the festivities.
Basil Lemongrass EVOO and Raspberry Ginger White Balsamic Vinegar: This combination adds a touch of Asian flavors to fish, shrimp, chicken, roasted veggies, or salads. Also, try adding a couple drops of Raspberry Ginger to your tea for a delicious treat.
Butter Infused EVOO and Bordeaux Cherry Dark Balsamic Vinegar: Combine 2 parts butter infused EVOO and 1 part Bordeaux cherry dark balsamic for an extraordinary syrup for pancakes, waffles, and French toast. This combo is also great on steak and salads.
Sage and Onion EVOO and Garlic Cilantro Dark Balsamic Vinegar: This unique pairing goes well with roasted veggies, especially portobello mushrooms and potatoes. Add sage and onion EVOO to stuffing or mashed potatoes at your Thanksgiving dinner.
Garlic EVOO and Hickory Dark Balsamic: If you are looking for a flavorful marinade, look no further. This blend tastes incredible with steaks and pork. Place a pork tenderloin in a crockpot, pour this combination over it, and cook on low for 4 hours. Shred with a fork and serve on rolls with a little onion. Delicious!

Item of the week: Our item of the week is the Oil and Vinegar Sprayer with our Italian Lambrusco Red Wine Vinegar and Garlic Infused EVOO. We’ve previously discussed the sprayer, but we haven’t mentioned this oil and vinegar combination. Both Italian Lambrusco and Garlic EVOO are perennial best sellers, but when you mix them together, it is MAGIC. They are not only perfect for a salad, you’ll love them as a marinade for steak.

— Mission: From California, a smooth and velvety olive oil, great on chicken and pork.
— Picual: From Chile, bold flavor with a peppery finish.
— Umbria: From Italy, sweet with a bitter sensation, pairs well with Lambrusco red wine vinegar and hickory, garlic, or jalapeño balsamic vinegar.
— Tres Oliva: From Spain, olive oil from 3 different varieties of olives. Aromatic, ripe, and fruity. A true taste of olives.
— Barnea: From Australia. Has herbal notes and mild bitterness. Nicely balanced.
Naturally Flavored Olive Oils
High quality, extra-virgin olive oil is combined with natural concentrates and extracts to produce our delicious flavored oils. Our naturally flavored selections include:
— Blood Orange: Features the taste of fresh oranges. Goes great with dark chocolate or in brownies.
-- Butter (EvilO Olio): Blends the taste of olives with butter. Perfect on popcorn or baked potatoes.
-- Meyer Lemon: Aromatic and light, this oil is perfect in salads, as a bread dipper, or drizzled over fresh hummus.
— Persian Lime: Tastes crisp and fresh. Pairs well with pear balsamic vinegar as a salad dressing. Drizzle over fish.
— Sage and Onion: This oil is an excellent addition to mashed potatoes or stuffing.
