Product Description
Ragù is a delicious way of preparing meat sauce. Ragù is traditionally made by boiling different meats (pork, beef, turkey, lamb) in a large quantity of tomato sauce. Our recipe is lighter but not any less delicious. It's tasty and very simple, known by many as "Bolognese" but the real PLUS is that's completely VEGAN!
Preparation
: bring 3 and 1/5 cups (0,75 Liter) of water and 2 tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil to a boil in a large non-stick skillet or pan. Add the contents of the package. Cover and cook until most of the water has absorbed.

erve with Pecorino cheese and black pepper
Wine suggestion:
Chardonnay or a light bodied white wine
