Our artisanal, hand-crafted Za'atar seasoning is a versatile and compelling blend of fresh herbs and spices that is sure to elevate any dish. We've elevated traditional sumac with our super-premium ingredients and careful, small batch drying process, resulting in a must-have seasoning with a uniquely tangy and slightly nutty taste that pairs well with a variety of ingredients. It's our favorite when simply mixed with extra virgin olive oil and used as a bread drip, but that's just scratching the surface.
