This golden-hued blend gets its color from earthy turmeric, and it has a savory profile with notes of honey. Honey, tamari and turmeric come together in this blend that tastes sweet, savory and a little earthy. Season stir fries and use to marinate drained tofu before baking. To make a golden, fragrant, umami-packed roast chicken, simply season a whole chicken with this blend before roasting.
