The 25 Star Balsamic Vinegar is an un-infused balsamic that has been aged for 25 years. It's our longest aged balsamic and has a very thick consistency. The 25 Star has a smooth sweetness that pairs well with any flavor olive oil. Use it for finishing off dishes, as a salad dressing, or even as a marinade!
