Lola’s Fine Hatch Chili & Sweet Corn Salsa

Growing up one of Lola’s favorite places was New Mexico, where she would go every year to pick fresh Hatch Chilies. Low and behold Lola created a fusion of delicious Iowa sweet corn and her favorite green salsa infused with Hatch Chilies for the best Unami flavor.
