As we move into 2017, we're discounting Fall Flavors to make way for everything the new year has to bring. While supplies last, all things pumpkin are 50% off. This includes:
-- Pumpkin Pie Spice White and Dark Balsamic Vinegars: These are both perfect for drizzling over roasted sweet potatoes or roasted butternut or acorn squash. They also taste great poured over ice cream. One of our regular customers adds a tablespoon to her pancake batter. Pairs well with Cinnamon Infused EVOO, Butter Infused EVOO.
-- Pumpkin Cheesecake Dessert Mix: Add softened cream cheese to make a delicious cheeseball to serve with gingersnaps, vanilla wafers, graham crackers, or fruit. Or, for a real treat, add softened cream cheese and Cool Whip to make a pie filling.
We're also discontinuing 500 ml bottles of our oils and vinegars. However, we have a few bottles left, which are discounted 20%, while supplies last. We have the following available:

-- Vanilla Dark Balsamic Vinegar: Delicious drizzled over berries, brownies, ice cream, or all three together! Makes an incredible vinaigrette with Blood Orange EVOO. Also pairs well with: Chipotle EVOO, Butter Infused EVOO, Meyer Lemon EVOO, and Persian Lime EVOO.
-- Lemongrass Mint Dark Balsamic Vinegar: Brings an enticing Thai flavor to any dish, and also enhances Asian dishes. Perfect for dressing cold noodles, salads or in a dipping sauce for spring rolls, lettuce wraps, etc. Pairs well with Basil EVOO, Persian Lime EVOO, Chipotle EVOO, Basil Lemongrass EVOO, and Meyer Lemon EVOO.
-- Cinnamon Infused EVOO: Absolutely wonderful for baking muffins or quick breads. Also a great addition to pancake or waffle batter. Use for roasting sweet potatoes, yams, butternut squash, or acorn squash. -- Garlic EVOO and Hickory Dark Balsamic: This is my absolute favorite pairing! I use it for marinating steaks and pork. It tastes incredible and makes your house smell wonderful. You MUST try this combo.
-- Butter Infused EVOO and Bordeaux Cherry Dark Balsamic: Reminds me of the cherry pies my grandmother used to bake. They were one of my favorite treats. Makes a great salad dressing and glaze for your holiday ham.

It's almost Thanksgiving, and we've picked some great flavors that will be perfect for your family meals this weekend. These oils and vinegars will work with breakfast, Thanksgiving Dinner, tea time, and dessert. Use them to elevate the inevitable leftovers that will fill your refrigerator after the festivities.
Basil Lemongrass EVOO and Raspberry Ginger White Balsamic Vinegar: This combination adds a touch of Asian flavors to fish, shrimp, chicken, roasted veggies, or salads. Also, try adding a couple drops of Raspberry Ginger to your tea for a delicious treat.
Butter Infused EVOO and Bordeaux Cherry Dark Balsamic Vinegar: Combine 2 parts butter infused EVOO and 1 part Bordeaux cherry dark balsamic for an extraordinary syrup for pancakes, waffles, and French toast. This combo is also great on steak and salads.
Sage and Onion EVOO and Garlic Cilantro Dark Balsamic Vinegar: This unique pairing goes well with roasted veggies, especially portobello mushrooms and potatoes. Add sage and onion EVOO to stuffing or mashed potatoes at your Thanksgiving dinner.
Garlic EVOO and Hickory Dark Balsamic: If you are looking for a flavorful marinade, look no further. This blend tastes incredible with steaks and pork. Place a pork tenderloin in a crockpot, pour this combination over it, and cook on low for 4 hours. Shred with a fork and serve on rolls with a little onion. Delicious!

Our pairings this week will be perfect for all your Fall gatherings whether it's tailgating, watching the game on TV, Thanksgiving dinner, or refueling after a marathon day of holiday shopping. As a matter of fact, while you're out shopping, stop by the shop to taste these flavors yourself.
French Toast: We've paired Cinnamon EVOO and Maple Dark Balsamic to capture the flavors of warm French toast. This combination works well with other Fall foods such as sweet potatoes, winter squash (butter nut, acorn, etc), or Brussels sprouts. They also go well in baking breads, muffins, pancakes, waffles, or scones.

Pumpkin Pie Two Ways: We've paired our Cinnamon Infused EVOO with both our white and dark Pumpkin Pie Spice Balsamic Vinegar. All 3 of these can be used in baking or with roasted sweet potatoes, carrots, or winter squash. Drizzle a little Pumpkin Pie Spice Balsamic Vinegar over your scones, muffins, cheese cake, or ice cream.
Harvest Pear: Combine Rosemary EVOO and Pear White Balsamic for a memorable treat. Baste your turkey with this heavenly pairing or use it as a dressing on a spinach salad. Put a little of the Pear Balsamic Vinegar in your tea for an afternoon snack.
Fall Fig: Add a little sophistication to your Thanksgiving Dinner with this pairing of White Truffle EVOO and Fig Dark Balsamic Vinegar. These flavors will complement not only your turkey, but also roasted potatoes and vegetables. They also taste great as a bread dipper.

Welcome to another fabulous weekend in Hot Springs! Finally, it feels like Fall and it’s almost Halloween. That means bonfires, haunted houses, football, tailgating, hiking, and more. Whatever your plans for this weekend, we hope you have a great time. If your activities bring you downtown, stop in and sample some of our delicious oils and vinegars. Here is what we are loving this weekend:
Celebrate Fall in the Gardens at Garvan Woodland Gardens takes place Saturday from 9 am until noon. This family event features trick-or-treating, treasure hunting, a pumpkin patch and more. Dress in costume and bring the whole family.
Flights of oils and vinegars. Once again, you can choose your own flight of oils and/or vinegars. Choose 3 100-milliliter bottles for $30 or 2 200-milliliter bottles for $33. This is the perfect opportunity to get started on your holiday gift shopping.
Netflix and snacking. If your weekend plans include curling up to watch scary movies, you’ll need munchies! Our Butter-Infused EVOO, White Truffle EVOO, and Garlic Mushroom EVOO taste great drizzled over popcorn. Top it off with a little Italian Black Truffle Sea Salt.
